Senior Nurse Practitioner

About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a full-time basis, working third shift. In this rewarding position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies
- Communicate effectively with physicians via phone, fax, and electronic records
- Ensure accurate documentation of resident charts
- Assist in developing and revising service plans
- Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English
- Meet state or provincial health-related requirements
- Maintain current professional license and CPR certification
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
