Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of pool construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Manage all phases of pool construction projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, with a focus on pool construction projects.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities effectively.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
