  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests for information, mail, and messages promptly and courteously.
  • Stay informed about hotel rates, packages, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in emergency procedures and ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
