Job DescriptionPenn Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality products and meeting production schedules.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or a scientific discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

The Manufacturing Supervisor will work in a fast-paced production environment with frequent exposure to manufacturing equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
