Job Overview

SunRidge Management Group is on the lookout for a proactive and efficient individual to fill the role of Leasing Consultant at our vibrant community. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to effectively promote our property to potential residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Process lease applications, assist in verifying information, and communicate outcomes to prospective residents.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and professional office atmosphere by demonstrating outstanding customer service in all interactions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the tour path, amenities, models, and overall community to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of at least 6 months in the apartment leasing or hospitality sectors.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in marketing.
  • Proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments and subsequently into leases.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A genuine passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing Laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
