Key Responsibilities
  • Teach biomedical science to undergraduate medical students

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a biomedical science required
  • Terminal degree in a biomedical science or medical degree preferred
  • Cadaver dissection experience for Medical Educators assigned to human anatomy-related courses
  • Demonstrated student academic support skills or the clear ability to be developed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Teaching experience in a higher education setting
  • Enrollment in the Professional Development Program in Medical Education
  • Demonstrated ability to lecture, develop student curricular materials, and integrate technology into the curriculum
  • Familiarity with medical physiology, biochemistry, pathology, and neurosciences
  • Ability to integrate technological and social media skills to support learning
