About the Role

The Medical Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our clinic, and delivering exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, obtaining necessary information, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. You will also provide assistance to our medical staff, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Employee Discounts.
