Job Title: Parts Sales Representative

American Implement is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to serve as our Parts Sales Representative for our dealership in Wheeler, Kansas.

Job Summary:

This position holds an important role within the dealership, providing customer service to external and internal customers, including marketing, promotional, advertising, and stocking duties related to the sale, receipt, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:
  • Receives and processes sales orders of parts and services for customers and technicians.
  • Records sales and/or counter transactions.
  • Helps maintain proper inventory processes, including daily bin counts.
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
  • Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations.
  • Maintains and stocks showroom area.
  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries in a positive, professional, and confident manner.
  • Participates in all job-related training and development.
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks in both the showroom and work area.
  • Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of Parts Department experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
