Job Description

The Administrative Processing Specialist position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of quality and demonstrated priority and time management skills.

This role reports to the VioLogics Transactional Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Source documents against established rules for quality assurance.
  • Maintain functional reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to processes and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Notify leadership of any system issues or process breakdowns.
  • Assist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties.
  • Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner, and mail opening machine.
  • Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to recognize a problem and escalate to the appropriate team member for resolution.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
