Job Title: Project Safety Manager

Turner Construction is seeking a highly skilled Project Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and clients on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety training programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction safety, with a focus on project safety management.
  • OSHA 30-hour training and current First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED certifications.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local Environmental Health and Safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
