Job Overview

Quality Ironworks is seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and be able to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety practices and provide guidance to employees.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project safety representatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of safety incidents and near misses.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction safety.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with all construction groups, management, owners, trades, vendors, and subcontractors.
