Overview

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our Medical Surgical team at Mercy. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed RN or physician, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending and stooping.
