Job Title: LPN - Labor and Delivery (Nights)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Labor and Delivery team on the night shift. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our obstetricians and nurses in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their families, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing emotional support.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and document findings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and postpartum hemorrhages, and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control protocols and standards.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
