About the Role

Carefield Pleasanton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Tech to join our team. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, and transferring to and from activities and meals.
  • Provide support with resident's personal environment, including clothing, linen, and personal belongings.
  • Lift and/or transfer residents as needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation, presentation, and serving to residents.
  • Make resident rounds every two hours as required in residents' service plans.
  • Record and report changes in resident's condition to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment by performing general scheduled housekeeping.
  • Initiate and participate in leisure activities provided for residents.
  • Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly to resident requests for assistance.
