Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Manage administrative tasks, oversee office staff, and ensure a positive and productive workplace.

  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop multiple receptionists to ensure effective interaction with employees, contractors, and visitors.

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Office Administration, Facilities Management, HR, or a business curriculum.
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of related experience in Facilities Management, Operations, Office Management, or Human Resources roles.
  • Preferred Notary Public (NJ) certification.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and implement projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A competitive salary range of $93,000 - $149,000.
