Quality Assurance Specialist

At Synergy Global Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining programs, databases, and reports to standardize our consumer affairs support program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding our branded products.
- Maintain and prioritize consumer contacts received through various communication channels.
- Provide positive outcomes by obtaining relevant information from consumers.
- Handle high volumes of consumer intakes and route to the appropriate departments, summarizing data as needed.
- Utilize excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, as well as strong people skills, to effectively communicate with consumers.
Requirements:
- Five plus years of experience in consumer affairs or customer support for a consumer products company.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zen Desk, Quicken, and statistics.
Preferred Candidate: A highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
