Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will facilitate the planning, coordination, and assessment of operational functions. Your role will empower management to monitor progress and accomplish objectives across various operational tasks. You will assist in the planning and implementation of process enhancements, system upgrades, and training programs. Additionally, you will identify potential risks that could jeopardize our reputation, safety, security, and financial stability. Collaborating with the team, you will communicate effectively with essential stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
The Collateral Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associate position will provide you with the opportunity to shape your daily activities while working alongside dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identifying business sectors that may present risks to the organization.
2. Assessing the potential impact of identified risks on the organization.
3. Documenting and reporting on strategies to mitigate risks and pinpoint control deficiencies.
4. Organizing, documenting, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on a diverse range of operational data.
5. Proposing enhancements to improve departmental performance or operational effectiveness.
6. Assisting in the planning and execution of new projects.
7. Monitoring key deliverables, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and managing communications.
8. Supporting the development and testing of new systems, applications, and reports.
9. Creating more efficient methods to organize, maintain, and retrieve documentation related to policies, processes, or tools.
10. Completing assigned policy and process tasks as required.
