Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and caring Senior Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct care and medication assistance to our residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, and transferring to and from activities and meals.
- Lift and/or transfer residents as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Work collaboratively with our Wellness Director to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Competent history in a similar facility.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid First Aid Certifications, according to state regulations.
- Fluent English language skills, including reading and writing.
