  • Monitor glass washers for correct chemical levels and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels by ordering wine, beer, spirits, and perishables at the beginning of each shift.
  • Receive and distribute products to designated areas, stocking them according to guidelines.
  • Stock server stations with necessary products and supplies as per specifications.
  • Prepare fruit and condiment caddies to meet service requirements.
  • Collect waste from all areas during shifts and ensure cleanliness behind waste containers.
  • Distribute clean bar towels and collect soiled ones for proper disposal.
  • Gather excess glassware from bars and restock them in designated areas as needed.
  • Organize and sanitize storage spaces, including pump rooms and coolers, according to specifications.
  • Perform sweeping and mopping of floors in storage and service areas.
  • Clean soda dispensing equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Replace and rotate draft beer kegs as necessary.
  • Complete all required training sessions as assigned.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly service and addressing any inquiries.
