Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the Splash food and beverage outlet, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of approximately 50 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in food, beverage, and service, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of the outlet's operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and minimizing waste.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and awareness of theft, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute special events, large groups, and holidays, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the outlet is prepared for operation and secure when closed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and quality control.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
