We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our Hematology/Oncology unit. As a key member of our care team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily patient care activities, including vital sign collection, charting, and medication administration. You will also provide emotional support to patients and families, helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system.

This is a NIGHTS position, which means you will work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. But don't worry, you'll have a chance to rest and recharge during your time off.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
