Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly and helpful approach, read customer cues, and match their needs with an elevated level of service.
- Merchandise Placement: Receive and process incoming shipments, maintain clearance standards, and organize and maintain the stockroom.
- Store Maintenance: Clear trash from the aisles, cash wrap, and stockroom, and maintain a neat and clean store environment.
- Sales Floor Operations: Assist customers with transactions, process digital orders, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Availability: Must have the availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in use of technology to successfully engage in customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling on a frequent basis.
