Job Title: Part-Time Retail Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team at Red Wing Shoes. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting our high-quality brand image through professional selling, building loyalty, and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience to ensure a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Provide expert advice on our premium products, including accessories and technical features.
  • Generate sales leads and achieve daily productivity and sales goals.
  • Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
  • Provide direct support in the daily operations of the retail store.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Results-oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer utilization and proficiency in electronic communication software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company's mission, values, and organization structure.
  • Profit and loss knowledge.
  • Naturally curious with a passion for new ideas and growth.
  • Problem-solving skills and retail footwear experience.

Work Environment:

  • Our retail store environment requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing housekeeping duties.
