Job Overview

GYMGUYZ Des Moines is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs for clients using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
  • Conduct in-home and on-site personal training sessions, ensuring client safety and providing ongoing motivation and support.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
  • Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
  • Conduct reassessments and adjust training programs as needed.
  • Drive to and from client training sessions.
  • Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
  • Attend monthly team meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
  • Team player or collaborative with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
