About the Position

We're looking for a Transfer of Assets Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Transfer of Assets team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transfer of assets for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Review documentation to confirm if it's in good order.
  • Submit electronic and manual transfer requests and follow to completion.
  • Contact contra firms to resolve any blocks on completing client requests.
  • Assist with daily reporting.
  • Identify areas for innovation and process improvements.
  • Build relationships internally and externally to improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with ACATs/Non-ACATs is preferred.
  • 1+ years in financial services.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • An understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
