Overview:

MOTION Physical Therapy Group is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team in Westport, CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, retrieve voicemails, and schedule appointments using our computerized scheduler EMR.
  • Register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and complete insurance claim forms.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering questions and providing information about our organization.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • EMR scheduling software knowledge is a plus.
  • Spreadsheet and Word Processing software skills are required.
