Compensation and BenefitsThis rewarding role offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $42.50 to $71.80 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation time, adoption assistance, and annual bonus eligibility.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our nursing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional nursing services that focus on delivering high-quality patient care
- Developing, implementing, and assessing patient plans of care
- Collaborating with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients/families to ensure optimal patient outcomes
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing
- Current Healthcare BLS Certification
- Specialty certification, as appropriate to the assigned work unit, is strongly preferred
