- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make sound clinical decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange and promoting a culture of transparency and respect.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
