Providence is seeking a dedicated RN Fellow to join our Medical Surgical - Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Decision Unit - Float Pool Unit team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As an RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured curriculum and hands-on learning experience
  • Work alongside experienced preceptors to develop your clinical skills
  • Contribute to a team of dedicated healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
