Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all procurement activities for Dalkia US, focusing on sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods and services.
  • Build and sustain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Work closely with different departments to identify their procurement requirements and offer insights on procurement processes and best practices.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
  • Develop cost-saving initiatives and negotiate advantageous terms with vendors.
  • Keep precise and current records of all procurement activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and new procurement technologies to enhance the procurement process and minimize costs.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement management software.
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
