Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the deli, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting menu items and managing promotions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and products as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing financial reports.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a deli or similar environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members. Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Certifications: ServeSafe Manager's Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 per year, with a 10% bonus opportunity (Paid Quarterly).
