Mental Health Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team at Bridgewell. As a Direct Support Professional 2, you will work closely with individuals in Level 2 residential programs, providing support and assistance with daily living skills, transportation, and medical appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals in achieving their goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of services provided
Requirements:
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- 1+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
