Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead our project management office (PMO) and drive the delivery of business projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain project governance processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers and program managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders to determine project priorities and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience in a consulting or industry setting, preferably in retail, wholesale, distribution, or commerce.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large eCommerce system implementation projects and 3-4 years in a project management team lead role.
  • Previous experience in managing projects in a SaaS application environment focused on configuration over customization is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
