Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster customer relationships through regular visits and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales to provide value-added services to customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, which may involve variable weather and temperature conditions. The ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform other physical activities as required is essential.
