We are seeking a skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our team at Simon Roofing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by performing roof repairs, preventative maintenance, and evaluations of low slope roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roof Repair and Maintenance: Inspect and repair problem roofs, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Safety and Compliance: Always follow safety protocols on the job and while driving, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of roofing experience, relevant construction experience, or military experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain any necessary certifications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently ascend/descend ladders, and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (average annual salary $70,000+).
- Bonus Opportunities: Three annual bonus opportunities, including a safety bonus of up to $1,500.00 per year.
