Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Executive to lead our Materials Management team at D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of procurement specialists to manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize supply chain processes
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience in procurement, particularly in plumbing or construction materials
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through supply chain optimization and cost reduction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire your team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus excellent benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
