Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

RMA Worldwide is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Maintenance team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site maintenance of our fleet in our outdoor facility
  • Conduct diagnostic testing on fleet vehicles
  • Keep detailed records of all vehicles serviced
  • Conduct inspections of diesel machinery and vehicles to detect signs of possible deterioration
  • Disassemble, overhaul, rebuild, repair, recondition, replace and maintain parts of the engine, pumps, generators, transmission, clutches, differential unions, pistons, bearings, gear and valves
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Diesel Repair: Cummings and Detroit experience (Preferred)
  • Automotive Repair / General Mechanic Work: 3 years (Required)
  • Prior transportation experience- Coach Bus / Ground Transportation (Preferred)
  • CDL License (Preferred)
  • ASE Certified (Preferred)
  • Experience with DOT inspections (Preferred)
