Job Summary: We are in search of a passionate and sociable part-time Sales Associate for our Music Store. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a deep understanding of musical instruments and have a knack for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting instruments, accessories, and music-related products.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in playing guitar and at least one additional instrument.
  • Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries regarding products.
  • Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
  • Utilize retail P.O.S. software effectively to process transactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a music-related environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with inventory management and backroom operations is advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
