About the Role

The Bizzell Group is seeking a skilled Records Clerk to join our team. As a Records Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our students.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and complete student records, including demographic information, academic history, and financial data.
  • Verify and process incoming student information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with counselors and Student Personnel Officer to arrange student transportation and ensure prompt documentation of UA retrieval efforts.
  • Prepare terminated folders and file student information into permanent folders.
  • Assist in the implementation of a system to provide clothing allowances and personal allowances to students.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion.
  • Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
