Job Overview

As an Emergency Service Coordinator at ServiceMaster by Singer, you will play a critical role in providing immediate assistance to clients affected by disasters such as fires, water losses, and storms. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the situation, identify the client's needs, and develop a plan to restore their property to its pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients at the emergency scene to assess the situation and identify their needs.
  • Develop a plan to restore the client's property to its pre-loss condition.
  • Work with clients to identify their unique needs and develop a customized solution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless restoration process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of the restoration process and any changes.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of insurance restoration processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
