Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Operations Manager to join our Safety, Security, and Resilience team. This critical role will help us prepare for emergencies and disasters, ensuring the continuity of our operations and the well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to identify and mitigate potential risks, improving overall site safety and emergency response capabilities.
  • Coordinate regional Incident Response Teams and Operations Chiefs during emergencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training programs for the Emergency Management program, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training for the emergency response team, including building evacuation drill training and documentation of training records.
  • Facilitate post-incident response reviews (After Action Reports) to identify areas for improvement and deploy corrective actions across the site.
Requirements
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Operational understanding and working knowledge of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Strong project management, change management, and planning experience, with the ability to balance corporate and security priorities.
  • Solid understanding of the Incident/ Emergency Command System and ability to apply it in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of emergency management or public safety experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions
  • 30% travel required, with the possibility of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to make reasonable judgments during high-stress emergency events.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. The target salary ranges for this role are $88,200 - $126,900 (Region 1) and $74,900 - $107,900 (Region 2).
