About the Role

As a Residential DSP, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Providing transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities
  • Supporting individuals with medication administration and health-related tasks
  • Encouraging independence and self-advocacy through life skills training and mentoring
  • Facilitating employment opportunities and recreational activities

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans, ensuring that each person receives the care and support they need to thrive.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18+ years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • A reliable personal vehicle

No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success as a Residential DSP.

We have several locations open for this position, including South Salt Lake, Salt Lake City, and Midvale. The schedule for this position will vary depending on the needs of the program and may include day, swing, overnight, and weekend hours.
