As a Technical Analyst at Catapult Solutions Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering analytical support to both system users and customer service teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing user requirements and utilizing Agile methodologies to articulate analytics needs, define technical challenges, and collaborate with engineering teams to devise effective solutions.
- Creating data-driven products, including reports, metrics, and predictive analytics solutions for web-based platforms.
- Enhancing delivery methods to improve user engagement and experience, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Facilitating content development by integrating subject matter expert insights to design compelling on-demand and live training sessions.
- Overseeing the management of on-demand training programs, live workshops, and conferences, with a solid understanding of learning management systems and eLearning platforms.
- Developing strategic initiatives for the company Academy to optimize growth and scalability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, course offerings, and overall engagement metrics.
- Collaborating with product management to define technology requirements and influence user interface and experience design.
- Delivering data-driven narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencing and impacting stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Proven experience in establishing strategic partnerships across multiple domains.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and assessment skills.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics.
- A technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation from data warehouses.
- Familiarity with data processing tools and systems, including relational databases and NoSQL technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS services, including Redshift and Athena.
- Experience in data modeling and schema design, with proficiency in analytical tools such as Python or R.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- A high degree of professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- The ability to quickly adapt and understand complex data architectures and business system interactions.
