Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member concerns
  • Manage tee times, including walk-ups and pairings, and collect guest fees
  • Maintain orderly outside services, including staging areas, range, and golf cart storage
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards of operations, and safety rules
  • Develop relationships with members to promote golf activities
  • Assist Golf and Outside Services Staff regarding staging areas, driving range, and golf cart storage
  • Organize and promote Club Tournaments and other special events/functions

Requirements:

  • PGA PGM Associate or Member Preferred
  • College degree preferred, High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Customer Service Experience and Expanded Golf Knowledge Required
