Position Overview

Compensation: $20-$23/hour

This role offers the opportunity for Daily Pay, allowing employees to access their earnings on their own schedule.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm / Hybrid arrangement: in-office on Monday, Thursday, and one flexible day; two days remote.

This full-time role includes eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long-Term Disability, and various voluntary supplemental benefits. Key Responsibilities:

The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing, delivering, and tracking invoices; reporting on Aging status and collection efforts across all departments within Goodwill of Colorado and Goodwill Industrial Services Corporation.

Essential Duties:

The Billing Coordinator will manage all customer invoicing tasks. Proficiency in Excel is required, including skills in pivot tables, concatenation, and mathematical functions, along with the ability to navigate various invoicing and accounting software (e.g., Colorado's Medicaid program, Mitchell 1 TeamWorks SE, Linen Master). Responsibilities include creating manual invoice templates as needed. The Billing Coordinator should demonstrate adaptability, sound judgment, and strong technical skills. Specific duties include:


• Preparing and delivering invoices to customers, ensuring uploads are completed by the sixth business day for all monthly billed programs. Weekly billing will be executed according to program requirements.


• Uploading Medicaid payment reports into Therap weekly, downloading payment reports for SAP, and saving them to the designated AR directory; posting manual payments into Therap; generating outstanding billing reports aligned with SAP Aging for program management review; resubmitting invoices to customers/payors as required by programs. Creating account reconciliations or statements upon request. The Coordinator will not enter or amend billing data.


• Reporting and preparing all invoicing VOIDs, Write Offs, and Adjustments for upload, which must be authorized by the respective program Manager/Director prior to completion.


• Performing additional duties as assigned to support Accounts Receivable functions.

Education:

An Associate's Degree in Business from an accredited institution or two years of direct billing experience is preferred.
