Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point and account owner for assigned key accounts, with a focus on total sales revenue and booked margin growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand and retain key accounts and opportunities for product cross-sell.
- Drive customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase the likelihood of renewals, including follow-ups, answering questions, and directing to appropriate support staff.
- Engage estimators for support in quoting customers' projects once qualified, and requirements are determined.
- Facilitate seamless hand-offs to customer service to execute orders.
- Engage qualified field sales reps when opportunities for product cross-sell exist.
- Re-engage customers during expansion and renewal.
- Log and track customer interactions and sales in CRM.
