Position Summary

The Manager is responsible for clinical oversight, staff management, financial administration, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement of service delivery consistent with MultiCare/MBHN values and mission. The Manager's accountabilities also include program development, implementation, evaluation/monitoring, and creating an environment of hope, safety, enthusiasm, compassion, and recovery. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • A Mental Health Professional, as defined by WAC
  • Five (5) years of experience working in a mental/behavioral health capacity serving children, adolescents, or adults
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
Pay and Benefits

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $99,549.00 - $143,229.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
