Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Linwood, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on physical therapy techniques and exercises
  • Document client progress and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
