Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Linwood, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote wound healing and prevent further injury.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative techniques and strategies to promote independent living.
Qualifications:
  • A current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
