Compensation:$15 - $16.05 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all hotel guest accounts.
- Handle room reservations in-person, online, and via phone, while responding to inquiries regarding guest needs, including room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Address customer complaints effectively when necessary.
- Check in and check out guests, manage key distribution, and securely record payment information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service representative.
- Exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle phone calls and manage stressful situations with ease.
